This class meets Sunday nights Feb 18 - May 5 (10 Weeks). We will not meet March 24 or March 31. Curriculum cost $25 will be collected at the first class. This class meets in the lobby. This core class uses the book by Jon Nielson Knowing God's Truth and is designed to help you think more carefully about the most important person in the universe–God. While words like theology or doctrine can seem intimidating, theology is simply "organized truth about God." Join us for this 10-week class where we explore the ten most essential doctrines of the Christian faith, all with the goal of knowing and worshiping God more fully. Class time will include teaching and discussion and participants will be encouraged to take advantage of optional take-home reading and reflection journaling. By the end of this class, participants will be able to summarize each of the major doctrines of the Christian faith.
